I’m Ariel (yes, like the mermaid). I pursued an associate’s degree in general studies to experience the traditional college path, but my true passion had always been weddings and events. My professional journey began in Las Vegas, Nevada—Elvis weddings, anyone? After COVID, I returned home to Hawaii and took on the role of Director of Romance and Special Events at Mauna Kea Resort. There, I collaborated with major businesses and managed high-end weddings. While it was rewarding, something still felt missing.
That’s when Aloha & Amor was re-born, a continuation of my journey. With years of experience in event production and a passion for creating bespoke celebrations, wedding planning has always been in my heart. After planning my own wedding in 2016, it became clear that this was where I was meant to be. So, in 2024, I left the corporate world to fully dedicate myself to helping couples bring their dream weddings to life.
For me, wedding planning isn’t just about coordinating logistics; it’s about crafting a fairytale day that reflects your unique love story and feels like ‘home’ as two soulmates begin their journey together. Designing your dream wedding is about more than just beautiful details—it’s about creating memories that you, your family, and your friends will cherish forever, making it truly your 'Best Day Ever’.
