• Planning Consultation:
  Three meetings (either virtual or in-person) in the final month leading up to the wedding to go over logistics, the timeline, and any remaining tasks. During these meetings, we will ensure everything is in place for your big day.

• Timeline Development:
  I will create a detailed wedding day timeline, including vendor arrival times, ceremony and reception details, and the breakdown of events.

• Vendor Confirmations:
  About 2-3 weeks before the wedding, I will contact all vendors to confirm timing, services, and any last-minute adjustments. This helps prevent miscommunication and ensures everyone is on the same page.

• Wedding Rehearsal Coordination:
  I will coordinate the wedding rehearsal, working with the officiant and bridal party to ensure everyone understands their role and responsibilities.

• Day-Of Coordination:
  My team and I will be present to oversee the entire day, from vendor setup to breakdown. We will ensure all elements of your wedding run smoothly, including the ceremony, reception, and any transitions in between.
